Elizabeth Bizzell Saylors, LPA, owner
Beth is a Licensed Psychological Associate and health services provider (LPA-HSPA) who received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from East Carolina University. In addition to her work at ENC, she is a contract provider with the Wayne County Public Schools system. She is a native of Kinston. Beth enjoys being with her family, going to the beach, cooking, and watching reality TV shows.
Haley Morgan, LPC
Haley is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who earned her bachelors degree in psychology from East Carolina University. She earned her Masters in mental health counseling from The University of the Southwest. In her spare time, Haley enjoys spending time with her family, painting, going to the beach, and reading.
Melissa C. Harrell, M.Ed., MPH, LPC
Melissa is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over fifteen years of clinical experience. She received her Masters in Counseling at Campbell University and has additional training in faith based counseling methods. Recently, she received her Masters in Public Health with a Certificate in Ethnic and Rural Health Disparities at The Brody School of Medicine, East Carolina University. She has practiced in a variety of settings including schools, hospitals, and private practices and has been very active in developing mental health programs that address maternal child health at the community level, especially focusing on perinatal mood disorders and Adverse Childhood Experiences. Melissa and her family enjoy traveling and serving together in support of many local and international mission projects.
Elaine Rowe, SLP
Elaine is a speech-language pathologist who is certified by the American Speech Hearing Association. She has her Master's in Speech Pathology and Audiology from South Carolina State College. She has extensive experience with children and individuals with developmental delays.
Pamela A. Peoples, LCSW, LCASA
Pamela is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and License Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate with over 35 years of clinical experience. She earned her Undergraduate and Master’s degrees in Social Work from East Carolina University and is completing her doctoral studies specializing in Clinical Social Work. She has additional training in Child Parent Psychotherapy and Childhood trauma. She has several certifications including Academy of Certified Social Workers and Diplomate in Social Work. Her experience is extensive in working with diverse and high-risk populations in various settings including Medical and trauma settings, schools, foster care/adoptions, Department of Juvenile Justice, Substance Abuse and Detox, and private practices. She has been active in assisting individuals with addictions and co-morbidities as well as infant/child mental health. Pamela enjoys time with her family, rescuing dogs and being at the beach.
Brandy Jones, LCAS, LPC
Brandy is a Licensed Clinical Additional Specialist and Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who
earned her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from East Carolina University. She earned her Master’s
in Addiction Counseling and Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University. She is a native of
Eastern North Carolina and an avid fan of the Duke Blue Devils. In her spare time, Brandy enjoys
spending time with her family, going to the beach, and traveling.
Efcel A. Velez, M.A., LPCA
Efcel is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. He received his Bachelor of Science from Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Church Ministries and his Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University. Additionally, he was a Victim Advocate for eight years while on Active Duty in the United States Air Force. Recently, he has provided services for two years in the Middle Georgia region where he was an in-home therapist. In this setting, he gained expertise working with multiple children and families experiencing trauma through physical abuse, emotional abuse, and neglect as well as food hoarding, incontinence and fire setting behaviors. He also provided pro-bono services to women suffering from depression and relationship issues and strengthening communication skills for couples. Efcel is an avid runner and enjoys, along with his family, traveling, hiking, running and serving together in support of many local projects.
Sarah Watkins, office manager
Sarah is a Lenoir County native who has been in mental health office management for over fourteen years. She enjoys the beach, walking, and spending time with family.
